Info: The Camelback Center owners wanted to add a new deli area that carries the luxury feeling into the building’s newly added amenity spaces. The challenge Keaggy faced was that the owner wanted to serve high-end hot cooked to order ‘deli’ style food without wanting to add large support infrastructure to the existing high-rise building. Keaggy proposed and designed a fully ventless cooking battery to support the deli operation wish for high-end foods. The EVO ventless griddle and TurboChef oven where the anchor equipment of choice. With the griddle and refrigerated make-up equipment within the front counter facing the customer, the customer can experience a full expo euro style market feel when ordering. With views into the entire preparation space, this allows the customer to be a part of the culinary euro deli experience from start to finish.
