Info: Located in Phoenix Arizona this 1970’s facility required a complete facility and foodservice upgrade. A kitchen and servery expansion renovation was done to serve up to 1,700 people per day. A complete front and back of house foodservice modernization design was completed by KEAGGY that included; multiple self-order / self-pay kiosks, LED menu boards, display cooking station, reconfigured the station locations to free up circulation space within the café. KEAGGY also created multiple ‘non-cook’ (ventless stations) that are completely flexible and adaptable to any menu at any time of the year. A Restaurant Rotation concept was also included in the design along with a C-Store within the same servery space. KEAGGY also re-imaged the dishroom to handle the new capacity of the facility, preparation area and main production cookline.
